Useful Tips - Workers

Don't think in terms of workers, office staff and managers. Think in terms of those people who contribute directly to the product or service and those who don't. The 'workers' suddenly become more important!

Don't expect the workers to make sacrifices when times are bad, if its only the bosses and shareholders who get rewarded when times are good.

A good worker is more valuable than a poor manager.
