Useful Tips - Vision

Review the vision once a year, but don't 'tinker' with it.

Ask the key participants if they understand the vision.

Check that the vision is not detrimental to any participant - if it is there should be a good reason.

Put values on the vision, e.g. how big is 'big' or how many countries constitute 'international'?

Get a number of people to write down their understanding of the vision - you will then see how many different 'visions' you have.
