Useful Tips - Owners

The effective owners (those that take a real interest in the organization) may be far fewer than the nominal owners. Find out who they are so that you know who needs addressing at critical times.

Take actions for the benefit of the company, not for the benefit of the shareholders. If you put the shareholders first, the company will eventually suffer and so will the shareholders.

Remember that the owners are not the company, they only own it.
