Useful Tips - Using the model

I always have a copy of the model with me when reviewing plans with my senior staff - Chief Executive Local Authority.

Use the model as a checklist to define the top 5 critical elements which need attention, e.g. reputation, vision, reporting structure, partners, skills.

For consistency, get each department to use the model in their reports.
