- Indirect participants
Send out newsletters etc. to as may indirect participants as
possible.
Provide 'Open days' for families, and other indirect participants.
Survey indirect participants as well as direct ones, on relevant matters.
Don't
take
families
of
employees
for
granted.
Give
them
some
consideration
otherwise
they
could
be
encouraging
your
employee
to
find
a
job
elsewhere.
