Stores in every major UK city within 10 years that are recognized as selling the highest quality products.

Evaluation
What constitutes a 'major city' has not been defined.
This vision is probably very difficult to achieve and depends very much on how many stores are involved.
There may be a temptation to move to lower quality products to achieve the volume of sales necessary to achieve the vision.
The vision gives scope for selling other high quality products which are additional to the present range of furnishings.

Strategy
To set up a 'working party' to assess the implications of the vision.
To convey the vision to employees, customers and suppliers.
To implement a feasibility study for raising the necessary capital.
