Analysis

Middle-class, high-income families (There is a mailing list of 15,600 private addresses)..
Business offices - usually small to medium size organizations, or large organizations with a Head Office which is local to one of the stores. (There is a mailing list of 530 business addresses). 
Hotels - small to medium size. (There is a mailing list of 320 hotels).

Evaluation
Each market area needs a more focused approach.
Providing furniture and decor to hotels is not yet profitable.
The target market needs to be better exploited and broadened.
The mailing lists need expanding.

Strategy
Increase sales to commercial organizations.
Appoint a separate marketing manager for each major market area.
Increase the repeat business from the existing customers.
Use the existing customers to promote new sales within the target market.
