Hotels - small to medium size. (There is a mailing list of 320 hotels).
Evaluation
Each market area needs a
more focused approach.
Providing furniture and decor to hotels is not yet profitable.
The target market needs to be better exploited and broadened.
The mailing lists need expanding.
Strategy
Increase sales to commercial
organizations.
Appoint a separate marketing manager for each major market area.
Increase the repeat business from the existing customers.
Use the existing customers to promote new sales within the target market.
