It is felt that the store interiors are not distinctive enough and have become rather dated.
The corporate identity of Ashley's needs to be updated.
The neighbouring buildings at the Southampton store are not up to the same standard as Ahley's and detract from it.
The Website has been designed by technical people rather than by a professional designer.
