and understood.

people.
Evaluation

degree to which the skills are what the organization requires and whether they
are being fully exploited.
Whether
the skills are improving or deteriorating and how
they compare with those of peer organizations.
Strategy
The
policies and strategies that exist in relation to how the skills of individuals
are currently used.
Whether
there are plans (with objectives and methods) for changing or developing the
